The pneumatic conveying system of valve port packing adopts low-pressure pneumatic fluidization technology, and realizes uniform conveying of powder through multi-stage filter units. Its core technology includes:
Intelligent material distribution control: the dynamic adjustment system of discharge valve based on PID algorithm accurately controls the speed and direction of materials passing through special rectifying orifice plate to ensure the formation of horizontal accumulation layer in the valve pocket;
Wide-range adaptation module: the original spiral-cyclone composite feeding mechanism can accurately measure powder-particle mixed materials with water content < 5% and aggregate particle size ¡Ü5mm, and the packing range covers the full range of 10-50kg;
Closed-loop management of gas path: equipped with pressure compensation sensor and Venturi acceleration device, the compressed air can be intelligently adjusted in the range of 0.2-0.5MPa, and the energy consumption per ton can be reduced by 35% compared with that of traditional models.
